1. Cancellation Policy
Rainbow BOX does not offer cancellations for subscriptions once payment is processed. Once a subscription is activated, users will have access to all features and content for the selected subscription period.
2. Refund Policy
Rainbow BOX does not provide refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Accidental purchase of a subscription.
2. Non-usage of the platform during the subscription period.
3. Dissatisfaction with the content or features offered during the subscription period.
3. Exceptions
We will consider refunds or cancellations only in cases of:
1. Duplicate payments made in error.
2. Technical issues preventing access to the platform, verified by our support team.
3. Once we approve the refund, we will credit the amount to the customer’s bank account within 3–5 working days.
